  Explanatory note. The introductory part of the project documentation, which explains the main tasks and goals of the work, the principle of selection and methods of calculating the completeness of the object

• Working documentation. Detailed diagrams of the location of engineering networks according to their separate directions, plans for the placement of equipment and control systems. A detailed list (specification) of materials and technical support is attached to the drawings
  
• Estimated documentation. Calculations of the cost of services and materials for individual stages

• Power supply system. Technical documentation on electrification is created taking into account the specifics of the object, established norms of energy consumption, equipment and other parameters.
  
• Ventilation and air conditioning system. Modern climate equipment allows you to maintain the standard level of air exchange in the premises, maintain a comfortable temperature and humidity regime. Its use increases productivity in work spaces and creates a cozy atmosphere in living rooms.

• Water supply and sewage system. It is an important part of any object, regardless of its purpose, volume and features of operation. In the design process, the optimal location and configuration of networks, equipment and additional devices is selected.
  
• Heating system. Its composition depends on the type of fuel, features of the construction of buildings and their energy efficiency.
  
• Weak networks: TV, Internet, telephone, intercoms, video surveillance, etc.

The working project is developed in several stages and consists of two parts: graphic and text.

All stages of creation of design and technical documentation undergo coordination in relevant institutions and organizations.

The main difficulties and mistakes
with independent design:

1. Lack of an agreed project of the Sanitary Protection Zone (SZZ)
2. Lack of metering devices and objective (calculated) data on the required productivity.
3. Lack of title deeds to the land.
4. Inaccuracies in the preparation of the Terms of Reference: all the necessary studies were not taken into account, the documents listed above were not taken into account.
5. The justification of the price was performed incorrectly, on the basis of commercial proposals of non-specialized organizations, without taking into account the fulfillment of the requirements of technical conditions, the need for inspection of buildings and structures, etc.
6. Surveys, research, and design are performed by different companies, which causes delays and additional work.
