- preparation of estimate documentation.
The process is complicated when working with objects of cultural heritage. In this case, it is necessary to develop the section "Architectural solutions" (AR) and coordinate it in the state institution that deals with the protection of historical buildings. Most often, the finished project will be a restoration project, not a reconstruction project.
