As part of the TOR, it is necessary to provide for the development of a technical and economic feasibility study (FEA) with consideration of 2-3 variants of the main technological and volume-planning solutions, on the basis of which the customer will be able to choose the optimal option from the main TEPs.

Requirements for engineering preparation of the territory are not taken into account in the technical task (especially relevant for large enterprises)

Upon receiving the project documentation, the customer discovers that his company does not have enough water for firefighting, electricity for the administrative building, and the sewage flows into the tank and must be taken to the landfill around the clock. (We exaggerate, but individual episodes occur)

The process of engineering preparation of the construction or reconstruction site is one of the key factors that should be considered at the feasibility stage. It is necessary to obtain preliminary technical conditions (TU), permits for the discharge of treated wastewater, etc. And on the basis of all these data, prepare a detailed design task, where the main requirements for the systems are prescribed.

The enterprise is planned to be built in start-up complexes (2-3), but we will design only the 1st.

Incorrect landing on the general plan, it is not possible to enter or arrange fire passageways, or fire breaks cannot be maintained (leads to problems with the inspecting authorities or the need to develop STU at the next stages)

It is not taken into account that the enterprise with a larger capacity will have a large sanitary and protective zone, and during the implementation of the 2nd or 3rd stage, it turns out that a garden society has been built nearby and the expansion of the enterprise is impossible.
